Stalker

Every night here lately, when I've gone for a run, I can count on this guy to be waiting on me at the finish line.

You guys remember him?  It's cAtticus Finch, the neighborhood cat that adopted us out of love for the food.  He's usually off galavanting around during the day, but every night here lately, he has been sitting in the road waiting on me to get home from my run.  Guess he knows if he does that, I'll feed him when I'm done.  :)
You guys having a good week?  Mine has been ridiculously busy, as we have several contract jobs at work closing out in the next few weeks.  So bear with me during my blog absence, hope to be back at it soon!

Mother's Day 2013

This weekend I was able to drive up to Henry County to see my mom for Mother's Day!  Saturday we grilled out and my grandparents, Aunt Kim, Uncle Tim, cousins Holden and Jake, my sister Allie, her husband Robert, and their two girls Emma and Mae all came over to enjoy some hotdogs and hamburgers!  I'm so grateful to have a mother to celebrate, and that she has always been there for me.  I have loved getting to see her so often lately, and cherish each moment with her.  Love you mom!

I want to say too, that I have been blessed with such a wonderful mother-in-law as well.  Everyone always tells you that your in-laws are supposed to be nightmares, but my in-laws are exactly the opposite!  They are so good to me and Timothy.  So thank you Mrs. Lois, for being such a wonderful mother-in-law to me, and an excellent mother to my husband.  We love you!

An Anniversary and A Cinco de Mayo!

First of all, Happy 29th Anniversary to my parents!  They have set a wonderful example of a Godly and loving marriage.  I'm glad you two love each other. :)

And happy Cinco de Mayo!  Got me a little Mexican food for dinner after church tonight.  It was muy bueono!
